Welcome to Class 6. We are a very hard working class who enjoy doing lots of fun learning activities.
At the moment we are learning about the Great Fire of London. When we are in the Brainzone we act out the story from different peoples experiences. We have been doing research on the laptops, painting pictures of the fire, watching a DVD all about Samuel Pepys and writing a diary on parchment just like him!
Father Connolly has been in to tell us about his work as a priest. We asked him what was his favourite thing about being a priest and he said that he didn’t have a favourite thing, but that he enjoyed everything about his special job. We saw some photos of him when he became a priest 34 years ago. He looked very different and had a big, brown beard!
