We at St. Kentigern's School in the development and up-keep of our website shall:-

-Adhere to the wishes of any parent/carer who requests that images of their child not be used on the school website.
-Never use an image of a child along with their name(s), in order to ensure that no individual child can be identified or contacted via, or as a result of a visitor using the school website.
-Where possible, use group photos rather than individual photos of children and always ensure appropriate dress is used in their images.
-Ensure that images are safely stored on our school's secure network, accessible only to staff and only when using a school computer.
-Adhere to a procedure for regularly checking the website and its content, and monitoring 'traffic', (who visits what pages and when), on a regular basis.
